Community Land Trust Symposium

Join RegeneraciĆ³n and SFA for our second Community Land Trust (CLT) Symposium, moving from awareness to action in community-led land stewardship. Building on the momentum of the 2024 symposium, this convening will provide practical guidance on how communities can establish and govern CLTs, featuring presentations from regional CLT practitioners and local leaders advancing land justice in Tucson.
Focusing on translating community vision into policy and practice, the symposium and includes hands-on workshops clarifying the legal, structural, and organizing components of a CLT; a facilitated community conversation on shared priorities, and breakout sessions to identify concrete next stepsāwhether joining CLT organizing efforts, supporting policy advocacy, or advancing CLT projects in their own neighborhoods.
This event is free and open to Friends of the Festival and the public. Limited slots so RSVP early!
Lunch will be provided, limited slots available.
